Ok, so an update from this morning's post. Mom is going home today as originally planned. They still aren't sure what is going on but it's not something to get overly worried about so they are sending Mom home with some antibiotics. She also made a promise to Dr. Bond (the surgeon) that if she is coughing more than normal or starts spitting stuff up then she will go back to the hospital right away. Mom will be going back to see Dr. Bond next thursday for a follow-up appointment as well.
So that's the update for now. :)

Unfortunately the Blog was down so some of the info was not able to be viewed until Monday. I am so glad you are going home Roni...and to some good food!
I shall come by one evening but will call ahead to make sure its okay with you.

I'm glad to hear that you'll soon be home Roni... I certainly know how boring a prolonged hospital visit can be! Sure the hospital staff take good care of you, but there's nothing like recuperating in your own bed/home!!
I'm sorry to hear about the slight infection you've acquired... but we all know you're a tough chickie and that you'll knock the heck out of this little pest!!
